Executed the electrical infrastructure package for the Canadian span of the bridge crossing. Scope included installing below-deck main power distribution panels, FRP conduit systems, power and communication cabling, safety lighting, and above-deck power systems with specialized traffic controls.

Provided fiber-optics installation to residential homes throughout Ontario.

Delivered the comprehensive civil and earthworks package for the Lakeshore Switching Station, constructed on a 45-acre greenfield site in Lakeshore, Ontario. Site preparation scope included clearing, grubbing, erosion & sediment control, grading, perimeter berm, over 14 kilometers of site drainage, access roads, and fencing. Responsibilities also featured the construction of over 1,200 foundations, two building foundations, and the structural building envelopes consisting of precast walls, double-T roofing, masonry, and raised flooring.

$13 Million | 2023–2024

Completed the civil construction portion for a large-scale warehouse project in Windsor, ON on a strict one-year schedule. Scope included the excavation, cataloguing, removal, and proper disposal of approximately 21,000 m³ of excess soil, over 1 kilometre of existing storm piping, and the demolition of a decommissioned transformer station. Sterling Ridge supplied and installed approximately 150,000 metric tonnes of granular fill material, installed over 3.2 km of combined storm and water utilities, completed foundation works for 130+ pier foundations and 480 metres of footings, prepared the under-slab composition for the 28,000 m² building slab, and graded approximately 40,000 m² of asphalt parking lot.
