Served as the Site Contractor for the redevelopment of Windsor’s City Hall Square. Executed mass excavation, utility installation, stormwater retention, backfill, granular base for the ice rink slab, civic esplanade, and pavilion building. Work also included refrigeration, plumbing line installation, roadway re-paving, and site grading.
